1.Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy with no questions asked. Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact and in unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will assist you in arranging the return and processing your refund.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


2.Exchange Policy: For exchanges, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. We will do our best to assist you in arranging the exchange and handle it according to the circumstances. Exchange items must be in their original packaging with tags intact and in unused condition.


3.Important Notes: Please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. We cover the shipping costs for exchange items, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive an item with any quality issues or damages, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly address your concerns.
